
Garlic Spareribs

Ingredients
6 lbs of pork spareribs
2-3 cloves of garlic
(I use 5)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Cut ribs into bite size pieces
2. In a bowl combine all ingredients including the ribs
3. Marinade over night or for several hours stirring several times
4. Place ingredients into roaster or baking pan
5. Bake at 325° for 1 hour
6. Reduce heat and continue baking for another hour
